Shipping policy

Some of our products are available as stock items. These items, if in stock, will be sent to you as soon as possible. Usually with in 3 days using a relevant courier, which should take no longer than 5 days to reach you. We use different couriers depending on where your parcel is going to be delivered, how heavy it is and how large it is. Occasionally your ordered product may be out of stock. Since we make all our products we will make your order on our next run for that product. It will then be sent as describe above.

Many of our products are made to order. This means that when you order something from our store, we will make it for you. Due to operational reasons, this means it can take up to 30 days to complete your order, depending on the level of orders coming in. We usually try to compete orders of the same product type at the same time.

When your order is ready to be shipped, we will notify you. If you have asked for collection in person, then you will be able to collect your order from our workshop on the next working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays).

We will post your order using the most appropriate courier for your order. It will be fully insured and tracked.

For bespoke items, your final invoice will include delivery and terms for when it will be delivered. If it contains these details, they should be relied upon. Our general terms for bespoke items are up to 30 days for production of your item(s) and then shipping will be arranged as appropriate for your order. You will be notified when it is being shipped or ready to collect as agreed.
